Changes

SameDay Versand: weekend-aware 14:03 cutoff, rename card and partner flag

- Sat/Sun are no business days: on a weekend the cutoff stays at Friday
  14:03, so orders from Friday after 14:03, Saturday and Sunday are due
  Monday 14:03 (endpoint returns cutoffAt; client countdown uses it)
- Dashboard card and partner toggle are now called 'SameDay Versand'
  (column stays C_BPartner.isPrime)

SameDay Versand: order summary popup, missing-stock list, per-order due times

- Click on a row opens an order summary modal (header, address, shipment
  state, positions with thumbnail, qty, on-hand stock and missing qty) with
  a link to /edit/sales-order-<id> in a new tab
  (server/api/dashboard/sameday-order/[id].get.ts)
- Card lists due orders that are not fulfillable (missing on-hand qty)
  in a separate section
- Every order gets its own due time (weekday until 14:03 -> same day,
  otherwise next weekday 14:03); on a weekend the card counts down to
  Monday 14:03 and includes the weekend orders, Friday leftovers stay red
