Split Common Recipes out of CLAUDE.md into reference/recipes.md

CLAUDE.md was 55.6k chars, over Claude Code's 40k per-file limit. Move the
24.7k "Common Recipes" block to reference/recipes.md and pull it back via an
@reference/recipes.md import so it still loads into context unchanged. Also
replace the discoverable Key API Endpoints catalog with a compact conventions
note, collapse the redundant Step-by-Step section, and drop the duplicated
Common Patterns Reference section. CLAUDE.md is now 24.4k. Both files are
git-tracked so the full reference travels with the repo on clone.
