Move docs/ sites and doc-saurus out to ai-webpages sibling repo

- Extract the marketing/landing sites + the Docusaurus manual to an independent
  sibling repo (../ai-webpages) to keep the ERP project fast.
- Keep the two ERP dev notes (VAPID_WEB_PUSH.md, laravel-fix-plentyone-confirm.md)
  at the ERP root.
- Drop the now-dead doc-saurus references from .nuxtignore, the nuxt.config.ts
  Vite watch ignore list, and .gitignore.
- Untrack transient SQLite runtime sidecars (data/chat.db-wal, data/chat.db-shm)
  and ignore *.db-wal/*.db-shm/*.db-journal so they are never tracked again.
- Add a gitignored, Nuxt/Vite-ignored reference/ folder for local-only reference
  material (currently the DPD API docs, kept handy during DPD integration work).

Move amazon-sp-assessment out to its own sibling repo; update sibling-repo note

amazon-sp-assessment promoted to its own repo at the workspace root (every project is
its own repo). CLAUDE.md note updated: the extracted web content now lives in the
../logship sibling repo (ERP auto-attached there via settings.local.json), with
../jet-charter and ../it-beratung as independent client-site repos.

Track reference/ in git; move ci/ + dev test-scripts into it

- reference/ is now TRACKED (removed from .gitignore) but kept out of Nuxt/Vite
  file-watching (.nuxtignore + nuxt.config watch-ignore) so it never slows dev.
- Moved ci/ -> reference/ci/ (production deploy scripts; copied to Jenkins manually,
  not run from the repo).
- Moved dev/diagnostic scripts -> reference/test-scripts/ (synology recording tests +
  zugferd inspector); fixed their repo-root path calc for the extra folder depth.
- Kept scripts/generate-icons.js in place — it IS used by 'npm run build' via the
  generate:icons step (run by reference/ci/deploy-production.sh -> npm run build).
- Added reference/README.md documenting that nothing in reference/ is build/runtime
  critical, and updated CLAUDE.md accordingly.

Clean up stale root files; relocate Surveillance API doc to reference/

- Delete stale root deploy-production.sh (superseded by reference/ci/deploy-production.sh,
  which already matches the current Jenkins script; the root copy would have wiped chat.db).
- Delete hello_world.py (throwaway), vercel.json (no Vercel deploy), i18n.config.ts
  (dead vue-i18n scaffolding; app uses custom useTranslation).
- Move Surveillance_Station_Web_API-.docx into reference/ (vendor reference doc).

Untrack accidentally-committed local per-user SQLite DBs (logship_11_*.db)

These are created at runtime by server/utils/sqliteHelper.ts (per client+user in the
process CWD) and are already covered by the *.db gitignore rule. They were committed
before that rule existed. Untracked (disk copies kept); they should never be versioned
or shipped in the deploy artifact.

Move ERP dev/debug notes into reference/dev-notes/

Relocate AUTH_ERROR_HANDLING.md, PUSH_NOTIFICATIONS_DEBUG.md, VAPID_WEB_PUSH.md and
laravel-fix-plentyone-confirm.md from the repo root into reference/dev-notes/ (reference
material, not build/runtime). Update reference/README.md to list dev-notes/ and the
Surveillance API doc. (Untracked local root logship_*.db files and the stale dist
symlink were also removed from disk — gitignored, so not part of this commit.)
