Qty on hand: 'Exclude returns' checkbox (list, exports, e-mail report) and orange return-locator highlighting
Server routes flag stock on return locators (locator type with all IsAvailableFor* flags off, via getReturnLocatorIds): overview and point-in-time get returnQtyOnHand per product, by-locator rows get isReturn. The page filters the rows client-side so the grid, summary tiles, Excel/CSV/PDF export and the e-mailed report all follow the checkbox; default stays 'show everything'. By-locator return rows are orange, the aggregated view gets an orange Return Qty column, and the mailed PDF/CSV/HTML state when returns were excluded.
My-Tickets relation picker: scope to the ticket's org for every role and search products by name, article no., SKU, UPC and MPN
Staff saw the whole tenant in the product picker (org clause was merchant-only) and the search matched Name only, so article numbers never hit. Every picker filter now carries IsActive + the ticket's org (staff can widen via 'Alle Organisationen'); the wizard's product/order search uses the same builder.
