Generate shipments: picklist in Simple mode, id-less sort dialog, merchant cards as the only scope

Simple runs now also print one locator-sorted picklist server-side after the
shipment PDFs (fail-soft, third progress phase, digital picking defaults to the
same order). The picklist sort dialog used hard-coded input ids with label[for];
with the panel mounted twice (route + kept-alive top-bar modal) label clicks
landed on the other instance, so the radios could not be picked — now wrapping
labels with a per-instance radio name. printPDF resolves through the print
request so failures are catchable; the server-print toast recognises picklists.

The Advanced tab's old warehouse scope (Single/Selected/All, warehouse select,
warehouse cards) is removed on desktop and mobile: the merchant cards are the
single scope in both tabs, runs loop over the picked merchants' warehouses and
the sequential queue is restricted by their warehouse ids. Order-row hand-offs
(useGenerateShipments) preselect the merchant card and open Advanced with the
partner set. Top-bar quick link renamed to "Generate Shipments".
