New server/utils/pdfPageMedia.ts detects the page size once (pdfinfo, gs fallback) and classifies it: label / a5 / a4 / other. attachment-smart, order-attachments, picklist and index now send A5 and A4 pages to the paper queue with -o media=A5|A4 (caller-supplied media wins).
